At Vanarama we’re incredibly proud to have been regularly recognised for our achievements in customer service with a range of awards.
In 2021 and 2020, we were recognised at The UK CX Awards. These are the most well-known and prestigious awards for customer experience in the UK. They’re also known as as the hardest awards to win, because multiple judges scrutinise each 2000 word entry before entrants present to a separate panel of judges for 30 minutes.
Most recently, at 2021's CX Awards, we won 7 Gold Awards and 1 Silver award in the 8 categories we entered, beating off BT, Sky Bet, Virgin Money, Vauxhall and Vitality in the process. Here are the awards we won:

2020 also saw us win a Princess Royal Training Award for our training and development programme designed and run inhouse by the Vanarama Training Academy. Vanarama is one of only 4 automotive companies to win the coveted award alongside Mercedes-Benz, Bentley and Motus Commercials since its inception in 2016. This award recognises Vanarama's continuous investment in training and development since it invested £1m in a state-of-the-art training academy in 2018.
Some of our proudest award wins were the Sunday Times 100 Best Small Company To Work For in the UK in 2016 2017 and 2018, with Andy Alderson (CEO) being named Best Leader at the 2017 awards ceremony. We're delighted to have been recognised by The Sunday Times as one of the Best Small Companies To Work For in the UK.
In 2015, Vanarama won the highly prestigious Lloyds National Business Award for Best Small to Medium Sized Business 2015, an accolade that recognised our commitment to training, customer service and innovation. Read our latest customer reviews.
We also sponsor The Vanarama National League and through a charity partnership with Prostate Cancer UK, we won the BT Sport Industry Sponsorship Campaign Of The Year 2019, Business Charity Awards - Campaign Of The Year 2019 and Football Business Awards - Silver For Sponsorship Of The Year and Gold for Brand Activation for the Manarama campaign which saw us rename the League to support the charity and raise £150k.
