Gender Pay Gap Report
Autorama UK Limited Gender Pay Gap Report 2022
Why do we need to report? Any employer with 250 or more employees on the ‘snapshot date’ of each year (5 April) must report their gender pay gap and bonus data. This needs to be done for each separate ‘legal entity’ when you are part of a Group organisation. As of the 5 April 2022, Autorama UK Limited had a headcount of 250 and therefore fell into scope.
What is our gender pay gap? It is important to note that the gender pay gap does not show differences in rates of pay for men and women carrying out comparable jobs. Our gender pay and bonus gap is the difference in the average pay and bonuses of all men and women employed by the business, regardless of job role.
Our mean pay gap is 28.9% and our median pay gap is 27.3%.
Our quartile breakdown is as follows:
Salary Quartile |
Women % |
Men % |
Lower |
62.7% |
37.3% |
Lower Middle |
53.4% |
46.6% |
Upper Middle |
36.2% |
63.8% |
Upper |
30.5% |
69.5% |
*Quartiles are calculated by ranking the pay for each of our employees from lowest to highest. This list is then divided into four equal sized groups of men and women. In our table it shows the percentage of men and women in each of these groups.
What is our bonus pay gap? Our mean bonus pay gap is 66.2% and our median bonus pay gap is 97.6%.
93.3% of women received a bonus between April 21 and March 22, with 90.8% of men also receiving a bonus during this period.
I confirm that the reported figures are an accurate statement of our gender pay gaps and that it meets the statutory requirements.
