The Skoda Kodiaq is a big car, so there’s plenty of space for passengers. The 5-seat models have more than enough room for 4 adults to sit in comfort, although the 5th seat is a bit tight. Go for 7 seats and you get 2 more seats that pop up from the boot floor.
They’re just about spacious enough for adults, but they’re better suited to kids – especially on longer drives.
With those seats in place, you get 270 litres of boot space, which is only slightly smaller than that of a Toyota Yaris. Fold the third row down, however, and you get 720 litres of space. That’s far more than anything else in the class, and it makes the Kodiaq hugely practical. But if you need more space, you can fold the second row of seats down, freeing up more than 2,000 litres of space. That’s big enough to compete with small vans.
